From the Gavin O'Connor film MIRACLE which tells the exploits of the 1980 USA Hockey team coached by Herb Brooks. This is #23 MARK WELLS played by actor Steve Kovalcik and is missing the tags although it appears to be an XL. This was worn in the Gold Medal game scene.
